Archipelago is an elite human capital and talent-access network built by operators, investors, and domain experts. The platform connects leadership teams with the invisible talent market: proven operators and rising leaders who are not actively searching and cannot be reached through traditional recruiting channels.
The positioning was clear and the point of view strong. What the team needed was a presentation that could carry that weight without losing the reader along the way.
My role was to design a high-end pitch deck that translates a complex, differentiated offering into something a room full of decision-makers can follow and remember. I developed a visual system applied across the full deck, covering value proposition, audience definition, process, and competitive differentiation. The design holds a lot of information without feeling crowded.
The visual direction is minimal and high-contrast, combining grid-based layouts, technical references, and restrained abstract imagery. Everything points toward the same idea: precision, access, and the networks most people never see.
